My Story
Hello!! I just recently joined the Scentsy family on October 22, 2024. I decided to take the plunge after multiple invites to do so from my sponsor, because my eldest son became sick. I am a truck driver with my husband but have needed to take time off the road to help care for our son. He was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on August 23, 2024. Everything was going great with his treatment. Then he developed an infection that almost took his life. Now that he is recovering from the multiple surgeries that saved his life, I figured this would be the perfect time to join. I can work while sitting here with him as he continues to recover. Being able to make my own schedule is the best part of this journey. Most of my work and parties will be virtual due to the nature of being a truck driver and currently home to help take care of my son.
I have a bunch of warmers in storage. Building my collection for when I am permanently home and have a home again. We sold our home and put everything into storage because, as truck drivers, we travel all 48 continental states, so we are never home. We figured we would take the opportunity to pay off our debts and save towards our forever home. That plan is on hold until our son is better. I figured this would be the best time to join the Scentsy Famiy and being my journey :-) I absolutely LOVE Scentsy!! The selection of warmers and waxes is vast and forever changing. I love that there is a Scentsy Club that I can add my favorite wax scents to so that I never run out!! Especially on the scents that have been discontinued.
